2. and click on IF YOU HAVE NOT RECIEVE YOUR ADSENSE PIN YET CONTACT US
3. set your publisher code PUB-000000000000 then SUBMIT
4. you will receive a email in your gmail like this 

   After you receive that letter, replied with this message

         Hello  ?Adsense Team,

I am sending a digital image of a government issued ID card to apply my address in my adsense account and my ID.This is my data:(set your Name and adresse and pub-code)

And preferably to send a copy of ID card with the message

and after few days you will receive that message
