Mikrotik FTP problem over load balanced multiple wan network

After a long long research i have found a solution for my Mikrotik FTP problem that I have been facing and looking for a solution as well. Let me tell you that I am not a Mikrotik expert. Last night i was wondering how Mikrotik deals with mac addresses and IP addresses and. I put a query on the Google "Mikrotik mac address filtering cheat" so i can manipulate mac addresses in Mikrotik so that it won't interpret my with my mac address and that way my traffic will not be load balanced over the multiple wan routers. I wanted my traffic to pass through a single router so that when i try to access ftp servers of different websites i won't get an error message. If your ftp client gives a message: "cannot establish data channel or connection timed out."
  1. "cannot establish data channel connection"
  2. "Response:530 Login authentication failed"
  3. "Critical error: Could not connect to server".
  4. "Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity"
Then you must know that all of these errors could possibly be because of a load balanced Mikrotik RouterBoard. My network actually has 4 wan interfaces all of which are balanced over a large number of clients so that everyone gets equal speed. this speed is limited for each user.

So let's get cracking!

First of all you must be sure that you have administrative level access to your mikrotik device. If not, you are most likely to mess things up.
